What is our return/exchange policy for all purchases?

www.silversez.com  wants all customers to be fully satisfied with every item they purchase.

All international orders are final sale and non-returnable. However, we DO exchange (or in some cases, send new replacement jewelry) for problematic items such as unnatural color change, broken metal / missing gems upon arrival, and our manufacturer defects.

Eligible exchange item(s) must be notified within 10 days of the item delivery date or as otherwise stated.

All shipment fees for exchange items are paid by sender but are waived for replacement piece delivery..
